We've been running our "buy a soldier a shower" campaign since we were a teeny little soap company - people gave us a buck and we sent a soap to a soldier in Iraq or Afghanistan on their behalf. We go through anysoldier.com, troop leaders ask for care packages, and it's crazy how many of them ask for soap. I mean, okay, body armor is expensive (not that I'm excusing the Pentagon for not providing our men and women with adequate protection, believe me, I'm not), but SOAP? Well. Soap is what we do, so how could we let soldiers be dirty?

Because the soldiers also ask for moisturizer and lip balm, we've developed those for them too, because we can.

We want our troops to come home safely, and feeling softer than a baby's bottom!

This listing is for a soothing vanilla-minty lip balm that's loaded with zinc oxide, because it's HOT out there. It's packaged in a half-ounce reusable round tin. This is NOT to be shipped to you, but to a soldier overseas who needs a little pampering.

Your contribution will buy the troops a brief respite from the harsh reality they're immersed in over there. We'll make sure we include your name/email info when we ship off the order, so the soldiers have the option to send you a personal thank you if they've got computer access.
