An adorable handmade Valentine's Card ideal for the female in your life featuring a cute green frog coming through a pink polka dot heart holding the greeting Hoppy Valentine's Day! Towards the base are the words One I Love. The background paper is pink, green and white stripes. The frog and the wording have been layered with decoupage to create a 3D effect.
