Custom maple leaf wish tree tags in your custom color. Each set includes 8 tags in one color. Please choose your color from the swatch graphic above and make a note of the exact color name in the message to seller during checkout. You may mix colors in multiples of 8. To order multiple sets of 8 just choose a qty from the drop down box.

Each tag measures 4" x 4 1/2" and is cut from premium cardstock. They come with a punched hole but can be created with no hole upon request.

Ribbon Not Included! These tags are not meant to be hung on my tree sculptures.
