This 10"x7" Fleur de Lis definitely has a New Orleans spirit. Made of transparent cathedral water glass in the traditional Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold, and accented with silver tone chain tassels, it will add a festive touch where ever it is displayed. Each piece of glass was individually hand cut using a traditional hand held glass cutter and then ground to its final shape. Copper foil was meticulously applied to the edges of all the pieces before they were soldered together. This piece was re-enforced with a flat copper ribbon for durability. The finished piece was then cleaned, and polished. It comes complete and ready to give as a gift with a product tag and a suction cup/cup hook for hanging.
