I called her AGLAIA after the goddess of beauty as she really is gorgeous and elegant.
Definitely fit for a goddess!!
LOOKS LIKE A QUALITY PIECE TO ME.
But there is no marking that I can find. The clasp pieces are very like ones on multiple chain and bead strand necklaces by Napier of the same time period. Unsigned Napier? or a copycat?
The shortest strand ('pearls') is 14 inches plus the 1 inch clasp.
The brass strand, which is a sort of 'knit' spring around a solid base, is 16"
The faceted black strand is 17".
The clasp, which is a bow set with tiny crystals shows that there is a strand missing, which I assume s/b 15" but I cannot fathom what is should be- turquoise?, coral? or crystal.?
A strand of tiny coral chips would be gorgeous, eh?

The brass strand probably would perk up with cleaning, but since the day that I cleaned the pink right off a peach on a souvenir spoon, I leave cleaning to others lest I do damage.
