Only the bell shows tarnish/verdigris, so it is not sterling silver but rather a plated of some type.
On the back it has two trademarks and says Fort USA

Mom and Poppy collected spoons...

So everywhere they went they brought home a spoon....

and everywhere we went we brought them a souvenir spoon.....

Mom and Poppy have been gone for quite sometime .......

None of us three daughters are into cleaning silver.......

So I got "appointed" to sale them.......

We have no idea of value so..........

They are mostly going into the store...........

Cleaning would probably perk it up especially the bell charm but since the day I cleaned the peach colour right off a spoon I leave the cleaning to the more experienced.
