These hoops are a different take on my other Marquise Open hoops.

This pair here is what I call an open 'pinch style' type of hoops. They are made to look like Ichthys*

I have handcrafted these Christian inspired earrings using 20 gauge** sterling silver wire.

They have a lovely minimalist curve shape to them and are very light to wear.

These earrings measure 1 1/4" long.

** OPTION: If you would like these earrings made in 18 gauge (thicker) wire instead, just let me know in the notes to seller. The earrings pictured in this listing are the regular/standard "20 gauge" wire and that will be automatically sent out UNLESS you tell me that you want 18 gauge in the notes to seller during the checkout.

Note*: This is known as the ancient and classical Greek word for "fish". In English it refers to a symbol consisting of two intersecting arcs, the ends of the right side extending beyond the meeting point so as to resemble the profile of a fish, said to have been used by Early Christians as a secret symbol and now known colloquially as the "sign of the fish" or the "Jesus fish."
