This amazing kit makes a scale accurate set of 2 side chairs (early 1800s) with fabric and padding for the seats included! It is done in 1: 12 in. scale. This is kit number 40007 of The House of Miniatures Collectors Series and was manufactured in 1977 by the X-Acto company.

This kit has technically never been opened (the cellophane has started to split on one end, but it has not come open enough for someone to actually gain entrance to the box). The box is in good shape, so I am assuming that all pieces are present and intact. This kit includes wooden and fabric components and directions (I know this from peeking inside another kit that I also have).

As you can see from the last photo, I have several of these kits and two books on doll house building. If you'd like to arrange a combined order of several (or all) of them, I can do that.
