Reduced from $99.99. These rich looking Landid boots are suitable for eithe men or women. My husband doesn't want them any more, and they are almost brand new even though they are at least 20 years old. They still have miles to go and many years of wearing pleasure for any male or female. I describe the color as a mellowed cognac tan.

*Men's size 8.

*Left boot has "Landis" stamped into the leather. (see photo).

*Leather is in good shape, and the boots have very light wear, overall. The little bit of light, superficial scuffing is on the toe of the right boot and to the heels, (see below).

*Both boot tops are in beautiful, brand new condition, and other than the above mentioned character scuffs, the leather everywhere else is very sturdy, thick and protective, shiny and new looking, and in excellent overall condition.

*The upper stitching is completely intact and new looking.

*There are no cracks, deep scuffs, stains, and these boots are not the least beat up. They simply exude the sumptuous character of gently worn, well made boots.

*Soles are made of a very thick, sturdy, black, stain proof man made material, and are stamped "BILTRITE".

*Soles have minimal wear, and have skid protection patches applied after purchase.

*The sole stitching is completely intact and new looking.

*The heels are made of of the same heavy duty black material as the soles. They have some scuffs, the left being a bit more than the right.

*The heel treads, (bottoms) are worn a bit on the outer edges, but the remainder of the heel bottoms still bear the Landis stamp.

*Boot height is a bit above mid calf on me, but I am short in stature. They will probably be truly mid calf on a person with longer legs.

Shipping quotes are for insured USPS Priority mail and includes insurance. US quotes are based on west coast delivery - I'll refund any difference to other locales, if applicable.

*Canada and international - for shipping savings, I can mail packages by USPS 1st class mail, so please let me know your preference upon checkout, and I will refund the difference. I promptly mail within 24 hours, and sometimes the same day, so unless otherwise requested, your package will be sent quickly and via Priority mail.

*International destinations - quote here is for Priority insured mail, based on Australia delivery, and is estimated. UK and EU destinations will most likely be less, and I'll refund any difference.
