Product Description
I purchased this machine made collar in the NYC garment district in the mid 1980's.

This is a very rich piece of lace, some of which is machine made, and the rest appears to be either hand threaded or very well done by machine. There are a variety of lace techniques in this piece that all come together in a very complex and interesting pattern. There's nothing flimsy about the lace, and is substantial in body yet lightweight. The material used in the lace appears to be all cotton or a cotton/synthetic blend.

This collar is clean and in its original pristine white condition with no stains or yellowing, holes or tears. Width is 4.5" (11.5cm) and length is 28", (71cm), long on the inside edge. This beautiful collar speaks for itself, but if you have any questions about it, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Brooch and sweater shown are not included.

From a clean, non-smoking home.
