This is a totally classic and ageless set of handmade, signed pottery dinnerware.

*Cheerful and colorful geometric designs are painted against a bone colored background.

*3 tumblers, 2 large, and 2 small plates. Colors include cornflower blue, curry, aqua, burgundy, goldenrod, and black accents.

*Each piece is signed on the bottom by the artist, and the pieces date to 1987 and 1988. Signatures are as follows:

2 small plates - "Kelly Swope '88"
Large plate -yellow/aqua - "Kelly Swope 1987"
Large plate - blue/burgundy - "Kelly Swope 1988"
3 tumblers - "Kelly Swope"

Measurements:

Tumblers - 4 1/2" tall (11.5cm)
~4" wide at widest point (~10cm)

Small plates:
6 3/4" wide (~17cm)

Large plates:
Just a hair under 10" wide (!25.5cm)

There is a crack in the large yellow plate, but it's still intact. (see photo). There is one utensil scratch on the small aqua plate, and 2 small scuffs on the large blue plate, but the scratch is not prominent and you really have to look hard for the scuffs. Other than the occasional glaze pop, the rest of the pieces are in very good vintage condition.
