3.5ounces of Grade A quality Green cardamon seeds from India. These green cardamon pods have the black seeds inside which give them the intense aroma and flavor. Used predominately in Indian cuisine. However I find throwing a few crushed pods with a few cloves and a cinnamon stick to make a wonderful Kashmiri tea.
