The koala is a sight to see, awake and alert! This painting is from my first experience viewing the koala. The original watercolor is painted on a koala sitting in a tree with a grass green background.
This is an original watercolor painting with pen and ink. It is done on high quality Fabriano watercolor paper with transparent professional artist's quality paint and copic inks.

It measures 5"x7" and is signed and dated on the back by the artist. A certificate of authenticity is included with this one of a kind original painting.

It will ship protected in a plastic sleeve and in between boards. Shipping materials are provided by the artist. This painting is unframed and unmatted, but is 5"x7" and would fit nicely into a ready made 5"x7" frame or matted into a 8"x10" frame. These are not included with the sale of this painting.

This is from our trip to the San Diego Zoo. It was the first time that I had actually seen a koala awake and it was a breathe taking experience for me.
