This is an original watercolor with pen and ink, geometric abstract from my "Fragment" Series.

It is done in earth tones, light blues with tans, warm browns and burnt seinna. Bold lines intersect to create an adventure within the shapes.

This hoizontal watercolor measures 12" x 16" and is done on 140 lb Arches cold press watercolor paper with professional grade watercolor paints. It is painted right to the edge of the paper.

This piece is one piece in a series of watercolor paintings called "Fragments" that I have been working on based on ariel pictures of the land in which we live. These painting take on a life of their own with different colors and texture as I go about painting.
