Say hello to Dahlia...

She is a 6" flower fairy who would love to bring a bright spot to someone's world.

She has a fluffy dress made of orange dahlia flower petals. Her amber antiqued wings are made of polymer clay and have coiled wires embedded, so her wings bounce as she moves about.
Her face was painted on a polymer clay ball and then sealed with a clear semi-gloss spray to protect it. She has black dreads that have been adorned with green yellow and orange glass beads.
Underneath her dress is a tiny wooden yellow flower pot with extra yellow carnation petals to give her skirt a fuller look. Her arms and legs are made of pipe cleaners which makes them poseable. Stick a small dowel or chopstick in a plant and she can sit amidst appearing to float among the leaves, bringing a splash of color.
