This is a shepherds hook bookmark made with a 1 inch Rose Trellis bead.

This bookmark includes 1 Rose Trellis bead measuring about 1 inch. The bead itself is made with a white base encased in clear with a red mix frit applied. Then the trellises were "built" and the Red Roses and Purple buds were "planted" on the bead. The shepherds hook is silver in color and is 5 inches long. I have it pictured by itself, a close up of the bead laying in my hand.

All my beads are made with Effetre, Moretti, Vetrofond, Lauscha and Ornela glass rods or a combination there of.

All my beads have a 3/32 hole and have been properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln overnight for lasting durability.

The bead was made by myself in my little studio right in the middle of cow country in Missouri. I've been making beads. thimbles and glass pens for over 16 years now and enjoy every minute I can get at the torch. Although I usually can grab only about two hours in the evening to devote to beads.
