I love Thimbles! I've collected them for years, so I decided to make them out of glass just like my beads.

This thimble is a Floral thimble featuring several bi-color blue CZ pansy flowers with Cubic Zirconia for stamens "growing" and pink daisies around the outside.
It measures 27mm tall and 24 mm wide.

It is made with a white glass base upon which enamel was applied then a layer of clear glass. The flowers were "planted". A ring of gold adventurine was placed at the base of the thimble. Very pretty!

All my Thimbles are made with Effetre, Moretti, Vetrofond, Lauscha, Devardi and Ornela glass rods or a combination there of and have been properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln overnight for lasting durability.

Each thimble is individually hand made, detailed and signed by glass artist, Colleen Schroll. It is a unique, one of a kind thimble and no two are exactly alike
