This is simply a beautiful orange, cream, and black tiger stripe print custom handmade guitar strap. The fabric is an extremely dense, very soft cotton weave known as suede cloth, interwoven with black and orange tiger stripes and dappled with cream highlights. The back lining of the strap is thick black satin. The leather tabs are black premium suede leather.

Animal print guitar straps never go out of style but the range of fabric quality can make it difficult to know the durability of the strap over time. Suede cloth is very thick and velvety soft, reminiscent of suede leather in feel, and especially resilient and durable. The tiger stripes on this guitar strap are impressively rendered and true to life and the black satin lining, with just a little bit of shimmer, adds to the visual impact of this strap.

My guitar straps are amazingly comfortable. The 3 inch width allows for weight distribution over 50% more area than conventional guitar straps and even solid body bass players have commented on how comfortable my guitar straps are. Further, because there are 3 bottom layers of fabric between your shoulder and the polypropylene foundation, there is a soft cushion to help further distribute the weight of your guitar without holding the body heat that standard lamb's wool shoulder pads retain, so your strap is soft, cool, and comfortable. No more aching neck or shoulder and no more pressure points.

I steer clear of thin cotton because of durability over time but I absolutely love this fabric. It has to be the thickest, softest cotton weave I have ever found. The tiger stripes are so remarkably accurate and life like, I just had to buy it. I hope you like it!

CONSTRUCTION - The guitar strap foundation is 3 inch wide (7.62 centimeters) and 6 foot long (1.83 meters) 2000-pound test commercial grade polypropylene strap material. The strap adjusts from a maximum length of 6 feet (1.83 meters) to a minimum length of 39 inches (.99 meters).

LEATHER TABS - The leather tabs are comprised of a 3 inch by 8 inch section of top quality leather, folded over a commercial grade plastic anchor bar and trimmed to shape. The two sides of the leather are then glued with commercial strength tanner glue and double whip stitched with heavy waxed leather sewing thread designed specifically for stitching leather. The button hole is hand punched and cut to precisely fit a standard 12mm guitar pin.
