The (hand) peace sign is sticky back Indoor/Outdoor Vinyl cut and attached to textured dual-tone cardstock(black/gray).

I then got in the "doodle" mode and painted the dots and lines with puff paint, then I embossed the word "PEACE".

It needed something more so I embossed the entire ACEO with clear ultra thick embossing enamel which gave it a textured look with some shine.
