This warm winter scarf was knit holding a strand of navy blue acrylic yarn and a strand of white acrylic yarn together. This creates a lovely varied pattern and adds thickness and warmth. The scarf measures 60 inches long and is 4 1/4 inches wide. It can be worn by a man or a woman an it matches my Handmade Navy Blue and White Knit Warm Winter Hat with Brim, which can be found in my Hats and Scarves category. The scarf can be machine washed on the gentle cycle and line dried.

This has been one long, cold winter, which put me in the mood to create cozy warm winter wear! I like knitting with two different colors of yarn at the same time, creating a unique pattern.
