This fairy in yellow dances for joy at the return of spring. Sculpted in polymer clay, she measures 6" tall. She has soft auburn mohair for hair and pretty blue eyes. Her skin is covered in sparkles (part of her fairy magic) and sealed with a gloss sealer. Her ribbons are made from flexible clay and her dress, also covered in sparkly magic, from yellow Premo clay. I've signed and dated the bottom of this cheerful springtime sculpture.

I made this fairy at the very beginning of spring, when the crocuses were just starting to pop up. She embodies the joy I always feel at spring's arrival after a long cold winter.
