This is Clarissa. She is a 16" tall handcrafted cloth doll. Her body and clothes (including boots and underwear) were completely hand sewn with great care. Her body is made from muslin and her head is made with stretch polyester interlock fabric and is needle sculpted. She is stuffed with polyester fiberfill. Her facial features, with dark brown eyes, are hand painted with fabric paint. Her red and white checked shirt fastens in the front with three metal snaps and has a pocket on the right breast. Her checked skirt has an elastic waistband. Her white underwear has a pink and blue flower print and has her name printed on the waistband. Her fringed boots are made from imitation leather and are sewn to the legs. I've signed and dated the bottom of her right foot. Her long blond yarn hair is pulled into a partial ponytail and tied with a blue and white checked bow. Clarissa is a one of a kind original creation, handcrafted with love.
