Embrace of the Vampire is a one of a kind creation, sculpted by hand in polymer clay. The vampire is 7" tall (kneeling). He wears a black shirt, open to the waist, revealing his muscular chest and stomach. His black hair just covers the collar of his shirt. He wears blue jeans and brown boots as well. His intense blue eyes were painted with acrylic paint and sealed with a gloss glaze. The lady has been overwhelmed by his powers, and lays helpless in his embrace. Her sparkling red dress is torn and tattered at the hem. This piece expresses love, lust, desire, and hunger. She doesn't know if she even wants to resist any more. This is the perfect gift for anyone who likes vampires. This piece has been signed and dated.

This sculpture was a long time in the making. I had an idea in mind for weeks before I actually picked up the clay. Vampires can be so many things: frightening, alluring, monsters, lovers, powerful creatures of the night. I've always had a fascination with vampires. This particular vampire isn't a vicious beast- he's as attracted to his victims as they are to him. I took my time sculpting this, just letting the muses guide my hands. The expression on his face is perfect. There's a tenderness there, yet he must feed to survive.
