These unique, one of a kind earrings were sculpted in polymer clay and measure 2 1/2" long with surgical steel wires. the mask measures 1 3/4" wide and was shaped from black clay, which I textured, then rubbed Pearl Ex powder over the raised surfaces for a beautiful iridescent sheen. After i cut out the eyes I covered the back of the mask with glow in the dark clay, and filled the eyes with glow in the dark dimensional paint. The mask is accented with a metal tube bead and a polymer clay bead with swirls of blue and green throughout. People will take notice when you wear these earrings!
Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
These were inspired by the Masquerade Ball promotion from the Polymer Clay Smooshers and Clayfire guilds. All the wonderful masks I've seen have just made me want to create more!
