This cute doll was sewn by hand and stands 12" tall. Her body was made from muslin and stuffed with polyester fiberfill and I used stretch polyester fabric over quilt batting for her head. Her pretty blue eyes were painted with fabric paint and she has chocolate brown hair made from acrylic yarn. The body of her warm sweater was knit by holding strands of white, navy blue, and blue yarn together. The arms of the sweater were knit using blue and white yarn held together. Her pants were knit in navy blue yarn and she wears blue felt socks. This doll would delight any little girl on Christmas morning!

This is the first doll whose clothes I knit. I enjoy combining various skills when creating my pieces. This doll is a good size to be carried around, and the knit sweater and pants make her even softer and more enjoyable to hold and play with.
