Spectacular pillow bead created with my own Mokume Gane blend of Sculpey and Primo clays. Measures approximately 45mm from tip to tip and 13mm at thickest center point. A 2mm hole has been pierced and precision drilled across one of the points (see photo for placement).

I take great care with my bead creations, sanding with multiple grits of sand paper, buffing them to a glass like shine, then sealing with acrylic for added shine and durability.

Mokume Gane (pronounced moe-koo-may-GAHN-ay) is the Japanese term for "woodgrained metal". It is a process mimiced by polymer clay artists in techniques involving the lamination of thin sheets of polymer clay, applying distortion then slicing thing sheets from the stack or pad to reveal the resultant patterns within.
