These are the same type of BottleCaps Charms they put on necklaces, you can do that with these, just open the jump ring to remove the charm and place on your own chain. I DID put a seal over the picture that adds dimension to it, that is what gives a little glare with the camra flash.

You can use it not only as a bookmark, but dress up your books with no effort at all. The hook goes down the spine of your book with the jewelry hanging down while the stem of the book jewelry marks your page.
