A classic chainmaille bracelet made in Byzantine weave, this timeless pattern is suitable year round. The weight of copper jump rings at 16 gauge (1.6 mm) is solid but not over bearing. The toggle clasp is easy on and off.

The bracelet measures at 8 1/4 inches long, 3/8 inch wide across.

About copper ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Copper starts out with a pinkish, new penny color, and will naturally darken over the time and develop a lovely patina which is popular among many chainmaille fans. If you prefer your copper to be bright and pinkish, just dip your copper jewelry in lemon juice and vinegar, instant cleaning without elbow grease;-)
