This is a gorgeous way to use scraps, because you get tons of rows of ruffles, and these look SO beautiful when tied onto your waist over a skirt. They just add such a great element to any outfit with all of that texture and color. Basically, this is a half-circle with plentiful rows of ruffles hand-pleated and stitched around it. On top is a strip of belting with two grommets at the end and I include a ribbon so you can tie it anywhere you want. They could be worn as little capelets, skirt portions, or anything else that you brilliant customers can think of!

One note, I will be listing multiples, but using a stock photo for all of the same colored ones. They are all definitely one of a kind, but when I list multiples, you can be assured the all of the same fabrics were used and they will look nearly identical!
