*This will fit a lower waist measurement of about 30 to 38 (remember, you would need to measure around your lower waistline, about where you would wear skirts or jeans at!)

*We photograph the patchwork skirt over a hoopskirt to better display the variety of fabrics and colors that are in each skirt.

*These are A MARVELOUS way to use all of my leftover scraps, and they make some of the most sumptuous skirts you've ever seen! I make these all so they're more fitted at the top, with an elastic waistband, and then start flaring out exponentially around the bottom! I threw ruffles in, lots of crazy angles and twists, and pure loveliness! You'll want to twirl around and around like a little girl when you get this!
