Not much can be said for the beauty of smokey quartz. I do think this is an underutilized gemstone in jewelry. I do see it in rings from the shopping channels but not to often in necklaces and bracelets and yet the color will go with just about everything.

I love these rectangular cut gems with the faceted rondells as they pick up the light when worn. Necklace is 19" in length, all the beads spacers are sterling silver as well as the toggle clasp.
