This handmade seed bead bamboo agate lariat necklace set has soft, mellow colors. Softly muted shades of gray, topaz and off white seem to glow from within the stone as it hangs from a St. Petersburg chain. It is a one of a kind necklace set.

I have accented the stone colors with seed bead colors in topaz, lt. topaz, transparent matte gray, black diamond, opaque gray and matte vanilla. Four strands of fringe in these colors, accented by fire polished crystals and bi-cones, hang from the bottom of the stone. This necklace is approx. 22in. (56cm) long. the last 2 pictures show both sides of the stone.

The tassel earrings are done in the colors of the lariat and the tassel strands are accented with 4mm bicones. They hang on surgical steel ear wires and are approx. 1 1/2 in. (3cm) long.

I have had this agate in my bead stash for a while now. Then, I found the color beads and the stitch I wanted to use. It was fun to make. This stone is beautiful.
