This hand loomed Malachite Buffalo seed bead cuff is done in assorted shades of green Matsuno and Miyuki seed beads, with accents of Picture Jasper chips randomly added. Malachite chips line the edge of the bracelet. The 25mm Malachite buffalo rests on a background of seed beads in transparent, matte and silver lined green, transparent, matte and silver lined jade, and matte and transparent deep green. This cuff has a lot of texture to it and the malachite chips along the edge, give it a ruffled appearance.
This approximately 2 inch (5cm) wide cuff closes with a sterling silver tube clasp. One end of the clasp slides into the other and holds the bracelet comfortably against your wrist. It will fit up to a 6 inch (15.24cm) wrist. The loomed beadwork has a silky feel against your skin.

The idea for this bracelet literally came to me in a dream one night. It is a tribute to the millions of buffalo that used to roam the Great Plains. The variety of green beads represent the many different kind of prairie grasses that grew on the Plains and the Picture Jasper chips, rocks that were scattered around on the ground.
