This absolutely stunning rhyolite bead measures approximately 20x30mm and hangs from a 20 inch necklace made of spiderweb jasper and a yellow jasper mixed with gold 6mm rounds.

The clasp is a gold finish of course.

It really is a stunning bead.

There is one tiny druzy under the bead surface.

The first picture is the truest color.

About druzy- when water carrying dissolved silica is forced into a rock cavity and rapid cooling occurs, tiny little crystals are formed on the surfaces of the rock cavity and form druzy. It is very similar to a geode, but on the outside and very tiny.
