These are long and lustrous locks, and are homegrown from an Oklahoma farm. They have been gently washed and are ready to spin, card, comb, or just admire! This deep red oak brown with green jewel tone low lights is spectacular in person!

Average staple length is around 6 inches. This is relaxed length not stretched length. There is very little vegetable matter in the locks. I picked out much of it as I was washing. There may be a little dirt which will fall out with a good shake or during processing. Please, remember, these are real animals that live outside. The only chemicals that have touched these have been soap, vinegar, and professional dyes.
