More colors than in a rainbow can be found in this choker necklace and earring set. I wire wrapped a large and lively colorful Picasso-styled focal bead in swirls of silver wire and surrounded it with shades of pink, purple, orange, green, and yellow Turquoise Howlite nuggets. I placed small round silver spacer beads here and there throughout this piece. The necklace is 17-1/2" with a 19-1/2" pendant drop and I completed it with a silver square toggle clasp embossed with a heart. The matching earrings have a finished length of 1-1/2". Item No. 18NE

Howlite is a white to grey stone that has erratic streaks that look like cracks. These lines are often brown, grey or black. Howlite is a silicate that can be found in large masses. Interesting facts: Howlite is often dyed to imitate Turquoise. Common names for dyed Howlite are Blue Howlite, Turquoise Howlite and Turquenite.
