The PDF format gives you the highest quality, no fuss image possible whether you print at home, or choose to have it professionally printed. Since it is a DIY project file, you can print as many wraps and party circles as you need, and use the file over and over again! SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Wraps: Heavy white cardstock
A good pair of scissors
An exacto knife, razor blade, or other cutter (for tab slot)
A steady hand :)
(Tape is optional, as a tab and slot are provided)
Toppers: Heavy white cardstock
2" punch (round, scallop round, whatever you prefer)
Lollipop or popsicle sticks
Tape or double-sided stick pads
