Yep. They're real Smarties. They've been double coated with a mixture of Weldbond adhesive and water, which is the same mixture I use to seal my stone mosaic tiles. They've also been triple coated with UV Resistant glossy acrylic spray just to make sure they're absolutely sealed and to add a bit of a shine to your hair candy. They're securely attached to standard silver plated bobbie pins and you get to pick any 3! Just let me know which colors you'd like in the message to seller at checkout.
