This necklace is made from an Art Deco style antique key and a fully adjustable 24" chain.

These old keys are increasingly hard to find and not cheap anymore. This one is a barrel key which was usually used for cabinets or furniture such an armoire or wardrobe. The itself is 61mm (2.4") in length.
