Childs Front Buttoned Dress, Butterick 4594, Size 4 Breast 23 Uncut.
Front buttoned dress is gathered to front and back bodice. With or without contrast collar. Three-quarter length sleeves with contrast or self cuffs. Purchased lace and ribbon trim.

Broadcloth, Velveteen, Pique, Crepon.

Condition: Pattern is in very good condition. It is uncut with factory folds. Instructions are in good condition also. The pattern envelope does have a tear in the upper right had corner of the front. This has been taped.
