This frame has been created mosaic style with Italian vitreous glass. The colors include a light sand and a warm yellow ochre. The metallic tiles are a hot molten brown and a deep blue. Both have subtle streaks of copper through out which glisten in the light. This makes a nice combination and contrast of earth tones and a metallic blue. This mosaic frame has been grouted with a deep charcoal grey grout and has a smooth finish.

- The base of the frame measures 9 1/4x 7 1/4 inches.The mosaic border measures 1 1/4 inches around the frame.

-There is an easel back so that the frame may stand both vertically and horizontally and give you versatile display options.

I love the contrast of the earth tone colors and the metallic blue tiles. I always look for pictures to fit the colors of the mosaics. As soon as I saw the owl I knew that it would fit perfectly !
