Product Description

A beautiful focal point bowl made from medium fire terra cotta clay. The glazes are mixed to achieve some unusual colors.

The bowl was hand thrown on a potters wheel.
The flower in the center is a swirled mix of three shades of green and yellow. The flower is lined with 14k gold. The base is a curve tripod style. It is 7" diameter.

This bowl has a few pinholes in the glazing around the edge and on the underside. This does not detract from the piece.

Please hand-wash this decorative piece.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

I made this bowl ten years ago when I made a batch of 35 decorative bowls for aucton for the Empty Bowls project which supports our local food pantries.
I kept only the two test fire bowls.
