Three layer gunmetal gray hematite, shell, and glass bead necklace:

This swanky beaded necklace in deep shades of gray is a show stopper all on its own. Hand strung with all kinds of beads in interesting shapes, for which I took painstaking care in placement.

Each strand of nylon coated steel wire has its own pattern of beads. I used shimmery mother-of-pearl and hematite doughnut ring shaped beads for focal points. The centers of the rings are filled with hematite and glass seed beads in different variations of gray.

I also used touches of stormy blue gray Czech fire polished crystal beads to compliment the bluish tones in the mother-of-pearl rings.

Very long:
The top strand (shortest) of this one-of-a-kind creation measures 24 inches, and the bottom measures almost 31 inches. Closes with a rhodium plated lobster claw clasp.

This necklace is full of feisty perseverance and spirit. It fought me in the making, because I tangled my open strands, and I had to do a large portion of the beading over again. This piece is perfect for someone who has never let anything go without leaving claw marks on it.
