Reversible heavy red twill Renaissance bodice with black bias at neck and armholes. Laces at center front with Greek leather cord, and reverses to a herringbone/napped stripe decorator fabric. There is featherweight boning at both sides of the center front and at both side seams. It is not meant to take the place of a corset.

Both outer and inner fabrics are interfaced with heavy cotton canvas for shaping and long life.

Flaps extend from waist over skirt, and are 3 1/4"wide and 4 1/4" long.

Measurements:
Across back shoulders......16.5"
Bust (somewhat adjustable with lacing)...41"
waist ( ditto above )...36"
Center back length to waist....14.5"
