Delicate shades of lavender, sage and ivory combine in a plus sized, light colored surplice style neckline top with a baby doll raised waist, loosely fitted with elastic. It is shown here on my dressmaker mannequin which I have padded to echo my newest Venus of Willendorf figure measurements. I am not as busty as the top, so it does look a bit droopy!

I designed this top using coordinated fabrics, both 100% cotton which is lightweight and cool for Summer.

The neckline is fairly low (12.5" from shoulder seam to center front). The top has kimono style sleeves for comfort and to help catch the breezes! It can be worn with or without a tank top...depends on how daring you want to be.

The measurements for this top are as follows: (should fit up to a size 24-26w...3x)

Bust 52"

Waist (under bust actually) 39" elastic relaxed... 46 1/2" stretched to limit

Sleeve length from side base of neck to bottom of sleeve.....16"

Total length... front-33"(measured from middle of shoulder over bust) back-32.25"

From shoulder seam front to elastic under bust the measurement is 16"

From center neck back to elastic 16.5", so it does dip a bit in the back..(at least the top of bodice does).

Hip at 7" below elastic is 52"

Circumference at hem 68"
