"Here's to the ladies who lunch......" (courtesy of Stephen Sondheim) in their purple dresses and red hats! The perfect foil for that afternoon out with the girls.



Red hats, purple bags, gloves and shoes run rampant across this ladylike sized bag, which closes with a purple suede loop over a vintage gold colored hat button.



The short handle is knotted so that it can be adjusted to be carried in your hand or tucked up under your arm with the strap on your shoulder.



It is made from 100% cotton with slight touches of gold as outlines, and is interlined with a soft poly batting. It is lined with a tone-on-tone red print, and has a padded 6 x 5" interior pocket.



The padded exterior pocket of a coordinating check print, measures 8 x 5.75" and is double stitched to insure it's stability.



The entire bag from knotted handle to bottom seam measures 19.5", the strap has a drop of 8", when tied at the very end. The actual bag measurement is 10.5"L X 13" at its widest and tapering to 10.5" at the oval bottom, which is 4.5" wide.
