RenFest demi-corset made from a dark green upholstery fabric with widely spaced stripes in cranberry and subtle gold (non metallic) tones.

It is lined in a dark green moirre taffeta, and each layer is underlined in a heavy cotton canvas for stability.

There are 12 bones: center fronts, center backs, sides (front and back), side fronts and side backs.

The corset is bound in a double layer of the lining moire cut on the bias, sewn to the front by machine, and turned and hand blind stitched in place to the lining.

I have used brass washers buttonhole stitched to each side of the front and back to hold the lacings, which are a twisted satin decorator cording.

Lines of stitching at half inch intervals help stiffen the center front panels.

This corset is not meant to be a waist reducer, but rather to function as a costume piece for reenactments and Ren Fests. The wench blouse is not included in this listing, but can be purchased or custom ordered separately, in another listing.

This piece is ready to ship, however, a Custom demi corset can be made to your measurements in this style, but in different fabric as you request.

Height: front 6", sides 6 1/2", center back 8".

Tied tightly (at a 34" waist) it would fit comfortably over a blouse and skirt waistband, and can be expanded as much as the cord will allow, which is quite a bit.

The closeup picture of the fabric, that is a bit blurry, does show the pattern quite well, that is why I included it.
