Vintage elegant jade green lucite beads from the 1950's that have been covered with a silk thread- a popular style bead back in the 1950's! You can see the detail and beautiful sheen hopefully in the photographs.
**These beads are not as 'bright' as they look in the photos - they're a lovely soft jade green color which was hard to capture in the photos***

I fell in love with these unusual beads when I found them back in the early 1980's in London on Portobello Road ( the antique district ).

These beads are light as a feather and in excellent condition.
Price is for 6 of these 10mm x11mm round beads that and we 100& guarantee them to be vintage silk thread covered beads from the 1950's.

I sold such beads through trunk shows at Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue during this same time period in their " bridge jewelry" department.

You'll never see resin beads like this nowadays at your neighborhood "gem show" or local bead shop!
