This Geode Yarn is a worsted weight smooth feltable wool single yarn that has been hand dyed Grey and Green. There are approximately 145 yards in this 112 gram skein. The Geode Yarns were inspired by the Geode Batts thought up and named by my husband!

In nature each geode is unique and the true beauty is only visible once they have been opened. The vast variety of size, colors of the crystals make each geode special. These geode yarns mimic nature with half of the skein dyed grey and half a random beautiful color. Every Geode Yarn is uniquely made waiting for you to discover its secrets!

These yarns are all hand dyed by me with professional acid based dyes. Also though I do my best to wash and rinse all dye out of my yarns you may find that when you knit it up and wash it there is a small amount of color leakage. This is normal and should only happen the first few times if that. This yarn will felt so gentle hand washing is recommended.
