This hat is so cute! A tiny little Robinhood hat for the wee forest folk. Or perhaps this is high fashion Tinkerbell. The hat is made of lightly stiffened felt mounted on a thin black metal headband. It's accented by a beautiful cluster of black iridescent schlappens,black ostrich feathers,green marabou and peacock feathers. Wear it to a renaissance festival or around town to make people wonder what they're missing! (I do!)
